I used to write about carrots, crunches, and calories. Then I realized that life is too short to worry about such things.…But if I ignore these things, my life will be shorter than it should be. So I decided that caring about health, without obsessing about it, is a life well spent.
- The Way Life Should Be…Genuine
My name is Kim (or Kimberly, if I didn’t feel so badly asking people to say those two extra syllables). I’m a writer, nutritionist, health professional, entrepreneur, and a music aficionado (will I ever be able to say that word without enunciating so much?!).
My Biography
